    Lemon honey water

    Squeeze half a lemon in lukewarm water and drink it with a spoonful of honey in the morning. This will melt the fat in your body quickly. The stench on the note is also gone. This lemon honey water also works well for the digestive system.

    Detox water

    It is best to drink detox water instead of the water we drink every day. This is how detox water can be made. In a jug put some ginger pieces, chopped lemon, bought mint leaves. Fill the jar with water and close the jug lid. You can drink this detox water daily. Instead of ginger, lemon, mint, watermelon, or apple, cloves can be hidden. Detox water is ready if you mix any three of these in jug water.

    Yogurt salad

    Eating yogurt will reduce our interest in junk food. Bacteria present in yogurt contribute to digestion. Constipation is not a problem either. Yogurt is also low in fat. Add onion, pomegranate, green chillies and mint to the yogurt and serve as a salad.

    Change in coffee

    Make small changes to the coffee you drink on a daily basis. Use water instead of milk in coffee, reduce the sugar slightly. Drinking this coffee will prevent fatty foods from being consumed with coffee. Caffeine in coffee reduces some appetite and keeps you active throughout the day.

    Greens

    Make greens a part of your diet. Greens are low in fat. It contains iron, fiber, vitamins, calcium, potassium, magnesium and antioxidants. Eating greens also does not make you more hungry. It also protects us from diseases like cancer.

    Reduce sugar

    Eating sweets should be reduced. It is better to reduce the sugar in milk, tea or coffee. Sugar contains weight gain ingredients. Gradually reducing sugar is also very good for health. Even people with diabetes are less likely to fall.

    A few more tips to lose weight

    Try to stay positive every day. Write down how you want to spend the day positively.
