The company does not have the vacation vouchers with them when they come to take up your vehicle. They tell you that they will mail you coupons. Of course, the vouchers are never mailed to you.
Any way you look at it, this is a sham. This is a bad practice that will tarnish the reputation of all rubbish buyers.
