9. Check out PCs for people

PCs for People provides  low-cost computers and internet  to eligible recipients. It’s also a Microsoft Registered Restorer, so its computers come with licensed copies of Windows 10.

You will need to be below the 200% poverty level or currently enrolled in an income-based government assistance program to be eligible for a laptop.
